HWR Life Path Awakening For Knowledge Of Self

The Positive Affirmation of each 28 Day Period gives support for the monthly focus using meditation as an activity for Self-Development. 

The music is a tool using natural sounds of "OM", Indigenous Flutes, Drums, Toning Forks & Water Sound Music: rain, ocean, birds, wind, chimes. Soothe the body and internal organs with music allowing relief of stress, anxiety, anger or deep states of depression. Listening to the balancing and harmonizing of sounds to relieve deep-seated layers of trauma which is often times the source of physical illness.

Meditation with a calming voice over music can invoke images and encourage releasing of memories and emotions that are locked inside the body then enabling one to explore multiple themes, textures, and rhythms that allow the mind to wander to it's own place of inner peace.

* Knowledge Introduction:           Day 1st - 7th 

  • Calmingthe Innerchild with the sounds of “Om”& wombsounds of a mother's heartbeat. Music from nature, and instruments of peace help tone the inner restlessness and sensitivities felt during this lifetime.  

* Refine Chakra Balancing:           Day 8th - 14th

  • Focusing on the path of one's Life Purpose, the sounds of nature, and selecting crystals and colors to recalibrate, accepting one's gifts and skills to develop. Waterfalls, oceans, and forest rain to cleanse and circulate the 7 energy centers of the upper, middle, and lower bodies. 

* Transform Lessons of Change:  Day 15th - 21st

  • Review the layers of Destiny, the life experiences with a higher consciousness, in order to release the blockages that come from: anger, fear, guilt, shame, and/ot other discordant emotions. Energy of pure light will replace them with a wholistic understanding strengthening one to move forward with opportunities for success.

* Power For Ripening:                   Day 22nd - 28th

  • The clearing of the Heart. Understanding the past, living in the present, creating the future with mindful intent. Opening the doors determining a reality with loving support from the divine energy.
